Hog Roast Packages
This Hog Roast Package Comprises Of:
- 1 x Whole Pig (Up to 100 Guests), or 1/2 x Pig (Up to 60 Guests)
- Roast Potatoes
- Stuffing Of Your Choice (Cranberry, Oranges & Apple, Pork Sausage Meat Stuffing, Sage & Red Onion Sausage Meat Stuffing or Gluten-Free Sausage Meat Stuffing).
- Fresh White Rolls (choose from Wholemeal, Granary or Seeded if preferred).
- Apple Sauce, Colman's English Mustard (Ketchup, Mayonnaise& BBQ are also available).
- 2 Ply Serviettes. Paper Plates & Cutlery
- Equipment
- 2 x Members of Staff to carve out.
The BBQ would be assembled, 2 members of staff will heat the pig and carve to your guests. You guests can fill their rolls with sauces of their choice.
